Hello! My name is Ms. Wolf, and I'm
your child's teacher this year.
This is the start of my 22nd year teaching 3rd grade here at Paynter. I cannot believe it's been that long already! I continue to love teaching, and I hope my enthusiasm for learning rubs off on all of the students I teach!
My pride and joys in life are my 2 nephews, Brodie and Heath. Brodie is smart, athletic, and sweet (just like his Aunt Becca.....lol!) He is excited to be starting 7th grade this year. Heath (his name is Heath Miller just like the former Pittsburgh Steeler) is energetic, inquisitive, and completely adorable! He will be going into 5th grade this August. My best buddy at home is my dog, Westley! He is named after one of the characters in my favorite movie - The Princess Bride. Westley is a black lab/golden retriever mix and I love him to pieces. I brought him home 3 Marches ago and my did he grown quickly!! He will be 3 years old on January 5th and he is 95 lbs! Holy smokes!!! Although he is fully grown now,, he is still the sweet, adorable, playful puppy I first laid eyes on. Westley is quite smart and a quick learner too. We graduated from all 3 levels of puppy school and passed our Canine Good Citizen Test so he knows all sorts of tricks and good behaviors! I am still loving the house I bought 4 1/2 years ago. I was lucky to find a house with a flat backyard, complete with an in-ground swimming pool! Whether it was by myself or with friends/family over, my pool was put to very good use this summer. I even go down the slide from time to time! My house is a continual work in progress, but I'm loving the new surroundings, and I'm eager for all the projects which await. Thank you for allowing me the privilege of being your child's teacher this year. Third grade was one of my favorite years growing up. I want to give your child the same fabulous experience which I had. So although 3rd grade is busy and a lot of work, I try to make everything fun and entertaining too! Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need anything. I look forward to meeting you and your child very soon! |
